Suit Filed Against State on Behalf of People with Disabilities

A lawsuit filed by the American Civil Liberties Union claims that some Hoosiers with disabilities have lost their Welfare benefits due to problems with Indiana's automation of welfare eligibility. A state official says the state will seek to have the lawsuit thrown out.
