Union Disputes South Bend ATC Staffing

Union officials say South Bend Regional Airport has a shortage of air traffic controllers. The Federal Aviation Administration disagrees. Early in the morning of May 10, air traffic control at South Bend was unstaffed for about an hour, due to controllers being either ill or on leave.
