Former Middlebury Letter Carrier Appears in Court

A former letter carrier has pleaded not guilty to federal charges that she stashed 21,000 pieces of mail in Middlebury home. Forty-nine-year-old Vickey Warner appeared in court yesterday where she faces several charges.
