Former Rochester Physician Pleads Guilty to Child Molesting

More than 25 years after a Rochester physician had sex with a 14-year-old girl, he has pleaded guilty to and been sentenced for child molesting. The victim was the daughter of Paul Hess’ patients, who he had hired to clean his home and office.
