Hoosier Flood Evacuees Begin Returning Home

A spokesperson for Indiana’s Department of Homeland Security says most of the state has entered the recovery stage after experiencing some of the worst flooding in the state's history. Thousands of evacuated residents across central and southern Indiana have begun returning to their homes. And The Wabash River crested at New Harmony yesterday.
