Lawmaker Runs for Governor under New Party

State Senator John Waterman has announced plans to run for governor as a candidate of the new Taxpayers Party. Waterman says the goal of the party is to repeal state property taxes. But he says if he's elected, he'll dissolve the new party and serve as a Republican.
