Overseas Crooks use ATMs to Steal Money from Area Residents

Somehow, people in Russia, Ukraine and Nigeria have been fraudulently using ATMs to take money from the accounts of Teachers Credit Union members here in Indiana. The credit union is based in South Bend and has branches throughout the Q101 area. Credit Union officials are trying to figure out how the crooks got debit cards and PINs.
