Wabash Man Allegedy Ran Pot Growing Operation

Police arrested a 57-year-old Wabash man last night for allegedly running a marijuana growing operation in his home on Shady Lane Drive. Indiana State police say officers executed a search warrant and seized 39 marijuana plants, a misdemeanor amount of marijuana, and growing equipment. The homeowner faces a felony charge of maintaining a common nuisance as well as misdemeanor charges of cultivating marijuana, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
