BMV Reports Improved Service

State officials say the Bureau of Motor Vehicles has improved significantly over the past two years. The average wait time at B-M-V branches has dropped from 28 minutes in 2006 to less than nine minutes this year. And the B-M-V says its surveys of customers indicate that about 97% rate their experience at a B-M-V branch as either excellent, above average or satisfactory.
