Indiana High on Oil Vulnerability List

A national organization says Indiana is among the top 10 states in terms of vulnerability to oil price increases. The report from the National Resources Defense Council says Indiana ranks seventh in the percentage of income that drivers spend on gasoline. The group is recommending that states take steps to reduce oil dependence.
