Judge Charged with Drunken Driving Keeps License

A judge in Indianapolis ruled yesterday that Allen Circuit Court Judge Thomas Felts can keep his driver’s license – at least for now. A lawyer appeared for Felts at an initial hearing yesterday and entered a plea of not guilty to a charge of drunken driving.
