Oldies 1300 is once again the Chicago Cubs Radio Network affiliate for northeastern Indiana for the 2008 season. WBZQ carries the complete schedule of Chicago Cubs games, including most of the pre-season. No other radio station in northeastern Indiana carries the Cubs.

Five-time Sportscaster of the Year Pat Hughes and Cubs legend Ron Santo lead the Chicago Cubs Radio Network's award winning coverage of Cubs baseball. 2008 marks Pat's 13th season in the Cubs booth, and year 19 for Ron.

 The "Cubs Central" pre-game show begins 35 minutes before the first pitch, with "The Dusty Baker Show," the "Cubs Central Scouting Report," the "Sportswire," and more. Then Pat and Ron bring you the action in their unique style. From Pat's dramatic descriptions and Ron's heartfelt commentary, their call is always enjoyable, no matter what happens on the field.
